"The Women in Ministry task force was created in May of 2001 with a commitment to encourage pastors and key leaders of the Church of God to reclaim a historical, biblical, and theological practice that affirms the call and advancement of women as pastors and leaders in the church.

Since then several important initiatives, including this website, have been created as we seek to support women who are currently serving in the ministry and those women who are preparing for ministry in our colleges
