AV7

AV7
.
(Take notice..... Apparently, from another source, it seems that the AV7 committee is removing and altering their statements on their website lately. But, I do have a complete copy of their entire website from a long time ago for all of you who may need it need it!)

From their own website that I have on file, their group refers to their version of the bible as follows.....

"AV7 The New Authorized Version" !!!

This is completely false.

This version was not authorized by King James, and hence, cannot honestly bear the name NEW "Authorized Version".

They could call it whatever they want, but the title "Authorized Version" is synonymous with only one bible, the Authorized work by King James, a work that has been renowned for centuries.

From their own website it states:

" No changes may be made in AV7 or in any New Authorized Version Foundation text without written consent."

Yet at the same time this group freely takes the work of others... (the men who were authorized by King James), and makes whatever changes they want to it! That's incredible!

To take a title like "authorized Version" and use it in association with another version is not only unethical, but it's usurping the original publication that was done by the original scholars that were appointed by King James. No matter how much people try to alter the "Authorized Version" it is certainly not the authorized version.

You would think that people would have such reverence for a work like the original King James that they would leave it alone.

It seems like their will always exist those who have a great desire to change what's sacred, to modify and update a book that doubtless has become one of the most revered books in all the world, the Authorized King James Bible. Instead of giving it the proper respect, people continue to change, alter and try to improve something that needs no improvement. They are like a child who can't stop touching things.

Who would be so bold as to go into this sacred book and alter it's texts? Who would be so bold as to change the things that were already written? Who would be so bold as to take the term "Authorized Version" and use it with their own bible version?

Woe unto those who try. I say again, woe unto those who try.

AV7 (posted earlier this summer)

This one sure tries to mimic the 1611, but it isn't a 1611, even though it bears it's name!

Apparently from their own website, this one is sold exclusively by the Dollar Tree!

It absolutely amazes me that people can take the name like Authorized King James, and come out with their own as they have done now with the AV7.

This version is even trying to look like the inexpensive versions of the King James! Why would they do that? To make us think that this is the real King James? It isn't.

This is not the AUTHORIZED bible that was the work of the scholars of King James. To even bear the name "Authorized", and use the name "King James" is another example of how people are trying to ride off the work of someone else.

Nothing else is a King James save the one that was translated in 1611! That work was authorized by Him, the AV7 wasn't. King James is no longer with us. This is offensive to all Authorized 1611 bible believers! Call it something else, but don't call it the authorized!!!!!

More on this later.
