How many dairy farmers do you think are out there today who drink some of the milk that is produced by their own cows? They spend a lot of time feeding and taking care of those animals don’t they, and I’m sure quite a few of them enjoy some of the fresh milk they produce. In today’s lesson, we will learn that the church is the flock of God, and they too are being fed with the Word of God by helpers and teachers within the church. While the true men of God preach the gospel at no charge, giving their time freely to the church, it’s a good thing for the church to give, in whatever way their heart compels them to.
